Before I had our son, I used to be passionate about blogging. I loved writing and even went as far as to win the Blogger of the Year award in the 2014 Samsung Digital Media Awards. When I fell pregnant, blogging fell to the wayside and I lost my interest. Our gorgeous little boy Dylan was born in March and changed our lives completely. Since having him my urge to write has flared and so I decided to start a fresh and focus on the direction my life has now taken – being a stay at home mum. Being a mammy is without a doubt the hardest job I’ve ever done, but it’s also the most rewarding. So I’ve decided to share the ups and downs of being a first time, stay-at-home mum in the hope that they put a smile on the face of other mammies out there! Just be warned, I’m not one of these yummy mummies that manage to somehow look like model-material just for nipping to the shops (seriously, how do they do it?!). I’m just your run-of-the-mill mammy who’s most likely found in her jeans and hair scrapped back, cleaning sick or drool stains from my clothes as I go! I hope you enjoy my posts and if you want ot get in contact just drop a mail on the contact form and I’ll reply as soon as I can!
